Monday update

Since writing this AM, I have realized that it's only been two weeks since my surgery- not three!  I thought I was really in a time warp!  I have had so many people ask about my path results today, but I still haven't heard anything.  I did find out that my tissue was received by the genetics company for the Oncotype screening.  Those results will be complete in 7-10 days including weekends and holidays.  Again, the Oncotype looks at 21 genes from the cancer cells and the cancer is given a score- the lower the score, the lower the chance of recurrence.  It is used in determining the need for chemotherapy, so everybody think low!
