Not what I wanted to hear

So my doctor calls this afternoon to let me know that she has received the mri results.  She said they found two small (5 mm) areas at the 12 o'clock position on my right side that they were unable to determine what they were.  So I have to go back to ultrasound.  I guess it's the best way to diagnose breast tissue abnormalities.  I'm grumpy about it and grumpy about waiting.  I am going to have a much more difficult time if these other areas come back malignant as well.  I know I would be looking at mastectomy vs. lumpectomy and just mentally I would feel like it was so much more invasive.  Prayers and positive thoughts please!!!!
